TikTok Short Video Contest Guideline

Welcome to our video shooting contest! We are excited to see your creativity shine through your submissions. To ensure your videos meet the contest requirements, please follow the guidelines below:

  1. Video Content:
    • Video should creatively showcase the designated product or theme.
    • The video should be engaging, original, and align with the event’s theme.
  2. Duration:
    • Videos must within 30 – 60 seconds.
  3. Format:
    • The video must be shot in portrait mode (9:16 aspect ratio) suitable for TikTok and other social media platforms.
  4. Quality:
    • Ensure your video is high resolution (1080p) with clear audio and visual.
  1. Commission:
    • Up to 30% commission will be granted through TikTok affiliate marketing
  1. Top 10 Selection:
    • Contestant performance will be based on View generated on the short video, from the date posted to 10th September 2024, 18:00. The top 10 participants will be notified on 11th September 2024, 00:00am via WhatsApp where the top 3 contestant with the highest View short video will be granted 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes
  1. Prizes and Certification Presentation: The 10 finalists must attend the closing ceremony on the 11th September 2024, 8pm-10pm for prizes and certification presentation

Compulsory Logo Sticker & Provided Scene Footages

Logo Sticker:

  • Must include the provided logo sticker in your social media post. Download here: Logo
  • Ensure the logo is visible and prominent in your content.
  • The logo sticker should be positioned in a way that does not cover other important visual elements of your content.

 

Scene Footages:

  • Incorporate the provided event scene footages in your video content. (Choose either 1 provided video – Download here: MEDIA PACK)
  • Ensure the footages are clearly visible and integrated seamlessly into your content.

Setting:

    • You may shoot the video indoors or outdoors, depending on the theme.
    • Avoid noisy locations to ensure clear audio.

Props:

    • Use relevant props that enhance the video.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Content Ownership:
    • All video submissions must be original content created by the participant. Participants must own or have the necessary rights and permissions for all elements in the video, including music, images, and any third-party content.
  2. Prohibited Content:
    • Videos must not contain any material that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate, including but not limited to hate speech, violence, nudity, or sexually explicit content.
    • The use of illegal drugs, alcohol, tobacco products, or any other illegal activities in the videos is strictly prohibited.
  3. Copyright and Trademark Infringement:
    • Videos must not include any copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization. This includes logos, brand names, music, and any other proprietary content.
  4. Political and Religious Content:
    • Videos should avoid content that is overtly political or religious in nature. The guidelines should state that the content should not promote or oppose any specific political party, candidate, or religious ideology.
  5. Language Use:
    • Videos should not contain any profanity, slurs, or offensive language. All content should be suitable for a general audience.
  6. Prohibited Attire:
    • Clothing that displays offensive language, symbols, or images, including those related to hate speech, violence, or political and religious extremism, is strictly prohibited.
    • Avoid wearing branded clothing or apparel with visible logos, trademarks, or brand names, unless it is part of the campaign or has been explicitly approved by the organizers.
  7. Accessories and Props:
    • Accessories or props used in the video should not include items that are considered dangerous, offensive, or inappropriate. This includes weapons, illegal items, or anything that could be perceived as threatening or harmful.
  8. Distribution Rights:
    • By submitting a video, participants grant the organizing entity the right to use, distribute, modify, and display the video across various platforms and for promotional purposes.

    • Videos must not depict or encourage violence, dangerous activities, or any form of harm to oneself or others. This includes stunts, pranks, or challenges that could result in injury.
